Nice orange/red color on the front. Crisp paper with numerous folds and creases spread evenly across the paper. Clear details. Nice signatures and numbering. Extra margin at the right side, while trimmed a bit tight at left margin.

No tears or major issues to mention. A few small pinholes are noted for accuracy. A small portion of the Confederate Treasury seal is seen at the lower left corner.
