Very crisp paper. Dark details. Fully framed, with ample margins, except where it is cut on the line at the bottom margin.

Nice color on both sides. Fancy signatures and numbering. Several light folds and creases that don't readily stand out. A bit of staining at the left side margin. A small bit of hinge paper remnant at the right side.

Judah P. Benjamin, featured at the right side, broke down many barriers of prejudice and achieved great political power in the South. His achievements opened the door for many Jews to aspire to run for public office.
