Conservatively graded and encapsulated by PMG "CHOICE UNCIRCULATED 63" with comments on the backside reading "EXCEPTIONAL PAPER QUALITY".

Dark printing. NO folds, tears, ink erosion, or major condition issues to mention. Almost fully framed but trimmed ever so tight at the right side margin. Strong, hand written signatures.

A very respectable example of the issue of which President Abraham Lincoln had in his wallet when he was assassinated on April 14th 1865. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
