Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter F, series 2. Serial # 71346 hand written at the top right. CHOICE EXTREMELY FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Dark details. Nice signatures and numbering. Good color on both sides. Fully framed with a full borderline visible. A couple small pinholes.

NO tears, major stains, ink erosion or hard evidence of circulation. Minor ink stain on the backside, probably due to this note being placed on another note with wet ink. One hard fold at the left side, and a couple light handling creases are noted.
