Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter G, series 4. Serial # 61438 hand written at the top right. EXTREMELY FINE+/ABOUT UNCIRCULATED condition.

Crisp paper. Nice color on the front heading towards dark red. Dark blue color on the reverse. Clean on both sides. One pinhole.

Good signatures and numbering. Nearly fully framed, while trimmed a bit tight at the lower left corner. One single fold at the left side, along with a few light handling creases. No tears or major condition issues to mention.
