Sharp color on the front side with dark details. Nice color on the backside. Very crisp paper. No tears, stains, ink erosion or other major issues to mention. No pinholes.

Elaborately written signatures. Not much evidence of circulation, just three light vertical creases and a few light handling creases. The frame line is nearly visible all around, but trimmed just a bit tight at the top right corner. Extra margin at the right side, showing a portion of the note that was placed below this one on the sheet.
