Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. A genuine $10 note dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter H, 1st series. Serial # 91675 hand written on each side. FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Dark printing. Nearly fully framed; trimmed just a bit tight at the top left margin.

Several folds and creases evenly scattered across the paper. Nice color both sides. Some minor staining that does not detract much. Nice signatures and numbering. No tears. No pinholes.

A unique cut, showing a portion of another note at the top right margin. That note would have been to the top of this note on the sheet, before it was cut apart. This note uniquely shows one example of what makes Confederate notes very interesting to collect.

A mid grade note that has nice appeal. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
