Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC...EXTREMELY FINE+ condition. Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter E. Series 3., drawn by hand, and hard to make out. Hand written serial number 89564.

Crisp paper. A nice light red color on the front, which is most desirable for this issue. Dark printing with sharp details that really stand out. Nearly fully framed, but tightly trimmed at the top left.

One hard fold at the right side, and then another very faint vertical fold, with some light handling. A small bit of light staining noted on the backside. NO tears or major issues to mention. No pinholes.
