No series. Plate letters A, both weak and partially broken. "Slate IIA - Weak right "A",(and left also). " Rarity 9" according to Fricke.

Crisp paper. Dark details. Nice red color on the front, with a dark blue reverse. Several light folds and creases. No tears. A couple small pinholes. Trimmed a bit tight at the right side margin.
