Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC...VERY FINE+ condition. Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter G, series 6. Serial # 45781 hand written on each side.

Dark printing. The central design is sharp and clear. Crisp paper with a couple light folds and several handling creases. Nice color on both sides. Strong signatures.

Fully framed on three sides, while trimmed just a bit tight at the right side margin. A little staining on the backside. Two tears at the top margin with no paper loss, and that don't readily stand out. The first is just about center, and does not cross the frame line, and the second is just to the right and that does cross to the inside of the frame line.

A decent, mid grade note with nice color and eye appeal. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
