Conservatively graded to be in CHOICE ABOUT UNCIRCULATED+ condition.

Crisp paper. One partial vertical fold at the left side. NO tears, hard creases, bent corners, major stains or ink erosion.

Sharp details. Nice color on front. Elaborately written signatures and numbering.

Fully framed with a full borderline visible. A portion of another note (that was above this one on the sheet) is visible outside of the top margin.
