A genuine $10 issue that is dated February 17th 1864. Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Plate letter B, with both plate letters tilted. Series 10. Serial # 30960 hand written on each side. FINE/VERY FINE condition.

Crisp paper with several folds and creases, which don't readily stand out. Decent color on the front, with a nice shade of blue on the backside.

Trimmed tight at the left side margin. Extra margin at the right side showing a portion of another note. Fancy signatures. No tears. A couple small pinholes.
