Interesting plate letter error, as there is a period at the right side of the left plate letter H.

Crisp paper. Dark printing. Fully framed, with a full borderline visible. The central design is very clear. Several folds and creases scattered across the paper. A hard horizontal crease is seen at the right side margin (in the center).

Nice color both sides. Some staining, mostly on the backside. Nice signatures and numbering. No tears. No pinholes.
