Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. A genuine $10 note dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter G. Series 9. Serial # 2485 hand written on each side. EXTREMELY FINE+ condition.

Dark printing. Sharp eye appeal. Very nice color. Crisp paper. Elaborately written signatures.

NO folds, tears, stains, ink erosion, or other major condition factors. Two pinholes. Just a few light handling creases are noted, mostly at the right side.

Nearly fully framed. Trimmed just a bit tight at the top right corner area. Extra margin at the right, showing a portion of another note. That note would have been the one below this one on the sheet, when it was cut apart.

A sharp looking note that presents very well in hand. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
