A genuine $10 issue that is dated February 17th 1864. Engraved by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Plate letter F, no series. Serial # 129419 hand written on each side. VERY FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Several folds and creases, but no hard evidence of circulation. Decent color on the front, with a nice shade of blue on the backside. No stains or tears. No pinholes.

Nearly fully framed, but trimmed a bit tight in a couple areas. Extra margin at the bottom right corner showing a portion of another note.
