Crisp paper. One fold at the right side, and then several light handling creases. NO tears or ink erosion. Fully framed. Nice signatures and numbering. One large sized pinhole in the center.

Dark printing with clear details leading to very nice eye appeal. Good color, with a deep blue reverse. A portion of the red Confederate Treasury seal is seen at reverse top right corner.
