Very conservatively graded to be in ABOUT UNCIRCULATED+ condition.

Essentially Uncirculated with no folds or hard evidence of handling. Crisp paper. Dark printing. Clear details. Fully framed on three sides, while trimmed tight at the left side margin. Nice signatures and numbering.

A couple light handling creases at the right side. All the corners remain unbent. The plate position number 9 is seen at the top margin. Some toning areas are noted that hardly detracts much.
