Very conservatively graded to be in ABOUT UNCIRCULATED+ condition.

Essentially Uncirculated with no folds or hard evidence of handling. Crisp paper. Dark printing. Clear details. Fully framed. Nice signatures and numbering.

A couple light handling creases at the right side. Small edge nick under the left signature that does not cross the frame line. The plate position number 9 is seen at the top margin. Minor ink smearing at the top area that hardly detracts much.
