Up for your consideration is a very nice $20 note dated February 17th 1864. Printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Series 7. Serial #70880 hand written twice in the center. Very conservatively graded to be in EXTREMELY FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Dark printing with nice eye appeal. Clean on both sides. Nearly fully framed; extra margin at the top, while trimmed just a bit tight at the bottom left margin area. Nice signatures and numbering.

No tears, stains, ink erosion, or other serious condition issues. The paper shows just a couple light folds and creases at the left side margin area. No pinholes. The plate position number 9 is seen at the top.

This note nearly meets all the qualifications for a "CHOICE" grade. You will be happy with this example.
