Dark details. Crisp paper with numerous folds and wrinkles. Fully framed, with a full borderline clearly visible. A small edge tear that barely touches the inside of the frame line, is at the bottom margin, under "for Treasurer". Nice signatures and numbering. Some staining on the backside. One pinhole.
