Printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Dated February 17th 1864. Series 11. Plate letter B. Hand written signatures with a serial number hand written in two places...31458.

Conservatively graded and encapsulated by PCGS "VERY CHOICE NEW 64 PPQ".

Dark details leading to exceptional eye appeal. Great color on both sides. Crisp and fairly clean with outstanding clarity. NO folds, tears, bent corners, hard creases, or major condition issues to mention. One large size pinhole at the upper right. Some ink splatter.

Nicely centered with nearly a full borderline; trimmed just a bit tight at the lower left side. Elaborate writing on the signatures and numbering. Some scuffs on the PCGS holder, but nothing that impacts the note.

A quality note that comes encapsulated and graded. High grade notes like this one are normally tightly held by collectors.
