Conservatively graded by CG&A to be in "CHOICE UNCIRCULATED 64" condition, with a comment reading "Original Paper Quality".

Crisp paper. Great color on both sides. Dark printing. Sharp details. Nice signatures and numbering.

Fully framed. Sharp, unbent corners. No pinholes. A portion of the red Confederate Treasury stamp is seen at the backside right corner.
