Up for your consideration is a very nice $20 note dated February 17th 1864. Printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Series 11. Serial #11994 hand written twice in the center.

Conservatively graded by PMG to be in "CHOICE UNCIRCULATED 64" condition, with a comment reading "Exceptional Paper Quality".

Crisp paper. Great color on both sides. Dark printing. Sharp details. Nice, elaborate signatures and numbering.

Fully framed. Sharp, unbent corners. No pinholes. No tears. Minor ink stains on the backside, due to the note being hand signed, and then stacked on another note that still retained wet ink.
