Dated February 17th, 1864. Plate letters (XA). 3. series. Serial # 78740 stamped in large numbers twice in black. EXTREMELY FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Dark details. Nice color. Fully framed. Elaborately written signatures. Ink lines at the top was carried down from signing the note above this one on the sheet before these were cut apart.

Very deceptive handling, with just a few light handling creases that don't readily stand out. A rough bottom left corner with a couple minor edge nicks, outside of the frame line.
