Encapsulated and certified by PCGS to be in "NEW 62 PPQ" condition.

Crisp paper. Sharp and clear details. Nice color on both sides. A decent cut with a full border line all around, even though trimmed a bit tight at the top corners. NO folds, tears, bent corners, or hard creases. No pinholes. One pre-printing crease at the lower right corner area.
