Crisp paper that is fairly clean on both sides. Nice signatures. Sharp details. Several light folds and creases. Fully framed with a decent cut. A couple small edge nicks at the bottom margin that just graze the frame line, and are mentioned for accuracy. One small pinhole.

The reverse right corner shows nearly a full Treasury stamp, which is always desirable with collectors.
