Dated February 17th, 1864. Plate letters (XA). 3. series. Serial # 27156 stamped twice in black. EXTREMELY FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Dark details. Nearly fully framed, while trimmed just a bit tight at the top and left side. Extra margin at the bottom showing a portion of another note that was below this one on the large sheet before it was cut apart.

Very deceptive handling, as at first glance it appears to be near UNC or AU+. There is one hard crease at the left side, and several light handling creases that don't readily stand out. No tears or major issues to mention.
