Very conservatively graded and certified by PCGS "CHOICE ABOUT NEW 55 PPQ".

Crisp paper. Sharp and clear details. Nice color on both sides. A decent cut with a full border line all around. NO stains, tears, or major conditions issues to mention. Just a couple light creases keep this note from grading higher. No pinholes.
