Dated February 17th, 1864. Plate letters (ZA). 2 series. Serial # 11304 boldly stamped twice in black. VERY FINE+ condition.

Crisp paper. Dark details. No tears or major condition issues to mention. No pinholes. A couple light folds, and several light handling creases. Dark blue color on reverse. A portion of the Confederate Treasury stamp is seen at the lower left corner.
