Engraved by Keatinge & Ball, Columbia, S.C. Dated February 17th 1864. Serial # 10867 stamped in black. No series. VERY FINE condition.

Dark printing. Crisp paper with numerous folds and creases. Nice signatures and numbering. Good color on both sides.

On the backside, there is a CSA Treasury stamp in the corner, which is always desirable to obtain. Some light staining, and a small edge tear at the right margin, outside of the frame line. No pinholes.
