Printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Dated February 17th 1864. Serial number 25689 stamped twice on each side. Conservatively graded and certified by PMG "CHOICE VERY FINE 35 NET".

One of the most popular notes with collectors as it is the only one to feature the great General Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson, who was the most highly regarded Confederate Commander under General Robert E. Lee during the Civil War.

Crisp paper. Dark printing. Sharp details. Nice shade of pink color on the front side, that leads to very nice eye appeal.

Fully framed, with a nice cut. A handful of light vertical folds, that don't readily stand out. NO tears, hard creases, bent corners, or ink erosion. As PMG noted on the holder, there is very light (rust) staining on the backside, which hardly detracts much. One small pinhole.

A sharp looking note that presents very well in hand. Plus, it is already encapsulated and certified for years of safe handling. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
