Printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC. Dated February 17th 1864. Serial number 18101. Graded and certified by PMG "CHOICE VERY FINE 35" with comments on the backside reading "EXCEPTIONAL PAPER QUALITY".
If you have been looking for a certified Stonewall Jackson note that has nice eye appeal, without spending $1K, this note may be for you. Vivid details. Bright and clear. The paper is very crisp and clean, aside from a bit of scattered staining seen mostly on the backside. Nicely cut with a full borderline visible. Stonewall Jackson's picture is sharp. The front has a nice shade of light pink, while the backside is blank. Nice signatures and numbering. A couple light folds, along with several light handling creases. One of the most popular notes with collectors as it is the only one to feature the great General Stonewall Jackson. A note that should meet or exceed your expectations.
