Up for your consideration is a very collectible note due to it featuring a sought after endorsement. Printed by J. T. Paterson in Columbia, S.C.

Dated July 24th 1862. Plate letters Ad. Serial # 26855 hand written in red ink. Conservatively graded to be in FINE+ condition.

Dark printing. Despite being circulated, all the details are well intact. Fully framed on three sides, with extra margin at the top right. Trimmed tight at the top left side. A couple edge nicks at the margins.

Two stamps on the backside showing interest was paid in 1864 and 1865 at Tallahassee, Florida.

Also on the backside, is a very scarce hand issue endorsement in fancy writing from John D. Cameron, who was a Confederate Captain and Assistant Quartermaster in the 29th Regiment, Georgia Infantry. This unit fought in some difficult campaigns of the Army of Tennessee from Chickamauga to Atlanta, endured Hood's winter operations in Tennessee, and fought at Bentonville.
