A balanced note, retaining all of the details. Crisp paper, that is fairly clean on both sides. Light folds and creases. Several pinholes. Nice signatures and very clear numbering. A decent cut, with nearly a full borderline visible. Small nick under the left signature that barely grazes the frame line.

A genuine issue from the Civil War era, that has retained plenty of eye appeal.
