Printed by Hoyer Ludwig in Richmond, VA. Dated September 2nd 1861. Plate letter A, with a small numeral 11 below it. PMG encapsulated and graded "VERY FINE 20".
Dark printing with a nice overall look. Good cut, with a full borderline visible. The paper still retains some crispness. Signatures are strong. The serial number is hand written in red and clearly reads 7791.
The backside is blank. There is a small tear at the left side margin, and a few more scattered edge nicks that are outside the frame line. Small erosion hole at bottom right.
