Very crisp. White paper, which is more difficult to find. Dark printing with sharp details. Elaborate signatures with very clear numbering. NO tears, stains, ink erosion or other major condition issues. Two of the four corners are unbent.
Essentially near being Uncirculated, but there is one hard crease at the bottom right corner, along with a couple light handling creases which holds this note back from grading higher (in my opinion).
Fully framed on three sides while trimmed tight at the top margin, which keeps this note from achieving a "CHOICE" grade (in my opinion). A few scattered pinholes.
A note that has very nice eye appeal, and should very easily meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
