Fully issued with a hand written serial number and hand written signatures. Very crisp paper, with light folds and creases. Dark printing. All the details are strong. Some paper toning. No pinholes. Nicely cut with nearly a full borderline visible. No tears. No pinholes. Blank backside.

Overall, this note is a nice example of an extremely deceptive counterfeit, from the Civil War era.
